Dr. Osman S. Elmi leads work in agricultural production, resilience, and policy. He formerly worked with:

• IGAD region (Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, Uganda, South Sudan, Eritrea)

With extensive experience in agricultural development and policy-making, Dr. Elmi founded SCADER to address the unique challenges faced by dryland communities in the Horn of Africa.
